Since late 2021, the flagship store Asda Great Bridge in Tipton, West Midlands, has experienced a massive decline. There seems to be a lack of commitment from the workforce to maintain shelves in proper order, as new stock is often dumped in front of old instead of being properly organized. Despite significant investment in the MegaStore over the past three years, the issue persists, with empty boxes left unattended and replenishment not meeting previous standards. This situation is concerning, and I worry about the future of the store under new CEO leadership if these issues are not addressed promptly.I strongly suggest bringing in effective managers and supervisors who are genuinely committed to ensuring the success of the Asda Mega store, as I am reluctantly forced to occasionally shop at the Genocidal funding Tesco's due to these issues.MANAGEMENT NEED TO STEP-UP or GET DISMISSED!

I am pretty sure that the management in this store changed recently and whoever is responsible for planning in here shouldn't keep their job. Stock rearrangements went completely wrong. Hard to find anything as same group products are in different areas. Shopping there is not intuitive no more. I know about the strategies, changing layouts etc but it went too far in this case. Furthemore plenty of stock is missing doesn't matter if its 8am or late at nite and loads of rubbish and other things on the floor. I shop in Great Bridge for more than 15 years and it never was that messy and dirty before.

The time you save from using scan & go is worthless when they spend about 15 minutes checking your items.

ENTER WITH CAUTIONOn the shop left entrance there is an Asda sign made out of metal and dangerously at head height. A number of my family members have hit their head on this. It needs to be removed before it causes a serious head injury.

Store quite busy but only one "proper" checkout open... ridiculous

If you want Anxiety, this is the place to go.- Unsafe. Escalators are blocked so you end up with a conveyor of trolleys hitting you as you stumble off the escalators.- Signs all wrong.- Staff don?t know where things are.- Waiting 10 minutes for staff support on self scans.

Visited today, most of clothing area closed off, half the fridges empty, other sections of store closed off, gave me the impression that they either the store is closing down or not wanting our business in run up to Christmas.
