went to geoff hill to enquire about american style fridge freezer as part of uronics they could supply one with 5 year warranty we needed due to the cost,they where very helpfull and sourced our purchase in no time at all,my delivery slot was 9/1pm ,thay arrived at 12,45,was not impressed with delivery,whilst i agree it had to come through the entry ,i had measured it carefully and knew it was possible,it was dragged across my yard which resulted in scratches on the door,the fridge itself is perfect in every way and we are very happy with it ,the reason you buy new is so its perfect not damaged so for this reason i am not complaining about the product or the shop service jjust the lack of care,would i deal with geoff hill again no,also plese sent me a reciept

They are good at what they do\\nLike white goods and TV.I had trouble getting an air conditioning unit for a caravan, I asked them to try and source one for me, but they could not. In the end I got what I wanted from Amazon. I tried to shop local. But it is getting more difficult.

Purchased new dishwasher and had problems installing it and called the team for advice on a Saturday morning. Replaced appliance same afternoon gave more advice and sorted the problem. Outstanding service from the team nothing too much trouble. Have used them for a number of years for family, friends and myself and would recommend them to everyone for all round service. Thanks to all the team

Personal service unlike the \\\"big\\\" stores. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great prices. Decent choice of brands and budgets. Big car park and easy access. Definitely recommended.
