I have been trying to get to book an appointment online but as we have been logged out our account due fraud from Santander we can?t even book and no one will speak to us. My husband has had an account with Santander for 50 year but as soon as this get sorted we will move our money an close the accounts l. I Hope someone had responded to this otherwise why bother saving with Santander!!!

I want to say that the experience is zero, the staff is very rude. I have had my online account closed for four months and they don't help me open it, they just send me back and give me new codes every time. what can I say, I don't care!!

Unbelievable bad service. The lady serving almost sent 18000 pound of my money to the wrong account. Asked me to agree it would be my responsibility .

Not a fan of the reduced hours as I work during these hours.Staff service at the counter is abysmal. They're very bloody happy to tell you what you can do instead of doing it for you.

Went in to inform them that i needed to close an account due to a family bereavement. Was told to stand in a queue, 15 mins later a woman came up to me to tell me i needed to book an appointment. Terrible service, the worse i've come across.
