Took and order for click and collect but they?re not fulfilling the order. CS couldn?t contact the store to find out what?s going on. Resolution team won?t reply by email. Had to resort to Twitter to make contact (that?s insane). Still not resolved, last update was to just wait longer than the original time quoted to hear back from CS.

Excellent service and response, when having my new bike built. Good advice and keen interest to ensure that I was best served with safety instructions, and after sales service. Had another superb service from Paul at Shirley store 6 March who repaired a faulty ebike battery cover for me gratis.

Excellent experience in Halfords today! I needed 2 new wiper blades and didn?t have a clue where to start. I was helped by a lovely member of staff, (who was singing happily as she helped) to find the correct blades. At the till I signed up for the motoring club, giving me money off which I used towards the fitting of the wiper blades.The customer service of both people I interacted with was brilliant, neither made me feel silly for not knowing about my car and the whole experience took less than 10 minutes.

Check their prices!!!Brought a lot of bike accessories from this store.After leaving I browsed online and found the catseye 500 (front light) I'd bought 10 minutes earlier £10 cheaper on their website and the catseye 800 reduced to the price I'd just paid for the catseye 500.I'd just spent a lot of money with Halfords and feel this is dishonest and they've just robbed me.Halfords - you have now lost any future custom from myself.

Halfords Shirley provided a great service. Kirsty was super helpful, informative, and helped me get my car holed up with the right headlights and installed. Learned a thing or two about my car at the same time. All this within an hour or so of me booking the service in a Saturday. Impressive.

zero stars for a simple bulb change that was done incorrectly and burnt the whole headlamp causing nearly £700 of damage. The complaints process has been similarly incompetent and i'm waiting over 3 weeks to even hear back

Happy with my C&C item purchased but Halfords system went down as I was paying so unsure what was happening - online chat promised a callback from store to confirm purchase going through (never happened) and no email to confirm once in stock.Good processes at HQ not followed by store?

Very unhelpful staff. Already confused about the right headlight bulbs/fitting after viewing their website, & before I could ask her advice, the tall unfriendly female worker (Amanda) ordered me to look for the bulb myself by having me leave the front desk & search the computer tablet some distance away (even the young staff members looked surprised by this) (it wasn't even busy). Before I went away, I overheard, the next customer (a blonde white lady), being greeted -how a customer should be- who queried about a product, when Amanda then asked for her registration number, searched for the correct product herself, & go away to bring it for her. I returned to Amanda, asked her to look for the bulbs, & when presented a voucher- she said I couldn't use it there. After Amanda's (prejudiced lack of) customer service, I vowed not to return to the Shirley store again. I went to another Halfords after, who gave me better service, & accepted my voucher.
