It's an OK gym, and the staff were very friendly. However, the lighting in the car park at night is very poor and I did not feel safe. Also, they have a daily booking system for the classes which starts at 7am. For example, if I want to book a class for next Sunday I have to ensure I get up at 7am the Sunday before to book...

Nice gym with moderate number of equipents, sauna and steam. However in terms of negotiating membership, the branch team is not so helpful. The Head office was helpful

Located in the heart of the town, Fitness First Solihull offers members fantastic health and fitness facilities. Amenities at our Solihull gym include a cardio theatre, spin studio, saunas (mixed and ladies only), freestyle floor, beauty rooms, hair salon, and members’ lounge. Free off-road parking for members is also available.
Group exercise classes are available every day and include spin, Insanity, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Swiss ball, pole dancing and core, to name just a few. We also offer ladies only classes and a dedicated ladies only training space. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are available.
