Came into the store today and left very happy with the service, the young gentleman with the Afro hair (pardon I didn?t get his name!) was multitasking, extremely helpful and polite and provides a great service, didn?t charge me for my phone to be looked at, couldn?t be more please

Very poor service by the ladies who were service at EE store in Touchwood shopping centre, Solihull. Lacking basic manners and I am amazed EE employs such people with Zero interest in serving customers. It was a humiliating experience at the store. Would never visit again

Business immorality and discrimination.I am informing you of an incident today that greatly surprised and saddened me. I renewed my contract with EE last week. And I bought a new phone. My new phone arrived on Monday morning, November 27th. The employee who renewed my contract told me that I could come there whenever I wanted and that they would help me. She told me the shop closes at six.I am sick and taking medication. I feel exhausted, and it isn't easy to walk. I got up and forced myself to go to the EE shop Touchwood in Solihull. Since I can not receive phone calls on my phone, that's the big reason I renewed my contract. I went to the store in Solihull to activate the new phone. It was around half past four in the evening. It looked like there was almost no one inside. Two customers were waiting. Then I realized the other person waiting was an employee.I waited inside the door entrance for around fifteen minutes. Then the employee, whose name I learned was Nick, went to the other waiting customer. I was standing and waiting. His customer left, and he had no intention of dealing with me. I told him that the phone had arrived and that I needed to activate the new phone.He told me that he could not take care of me, that no one could help me, and that there were few staff inside. While he was saying this, the other two employees were sitting with their backs turned at the employee desk. I didn't know what to do; I tried to persuade him.He told me they would close at five-thirty; I said there were still forty-five minutes left, which might be enough time. I asked if I could come tomorrow, and he told me he couldn't make an appointment tomorrow; they couldn't look at me before Friday at the latest. Meanwhile, two English ladies entered. And Nick attended to them and showed them to the table to sit down. They had time for the ladies who came later. The ladies didn't have an appointment either; they said they didn't. He threatened to call security and have me kicked out if I didn't leave the store or if I returned the next day.I said, "My phone is not working. I will come tomorrow, and I hope you won't be here." He responded to me with rude words, and the faces of the ladies inside turned red because they witnessed injustice and discrimination. I am very sorry that I was exposed to such unfair and unethical behaviour by a person named Nick. I want to cancel the contract because of this incident. This incident upset me, and I don't want to go to that store again.I hope such a situation never happens to anyone again.

Poor customer service, ignorant staff, tried calling in excess of 15 times not once did a member of staff answer the phone, once I arrived at the store staff were stood around talking to one another, tried calling again and watched the staff on shift blatantly ignore the phone ring.Would not recommend this store.

Terrible place, Apple Phone Support sent me here to get my iPhone fixed becasue it crashed while updating. They told me my phone is stolen and it would cost £380 to fix! I then walked over to Apple and they fixed it with a simple reset in 10mins. This place needs shutting down!

I was told by samsung to bring my phone here for repair. It directed me to EEs website where it allows you to book an appointment. I booked 4pm as that's the earliest I could get there. Got to store. Rude staff said no we close in an hour not gonna happen. Then why have the slot advertised? Front of the store they have a sign that says your phone back in a flash whatever your network. Clearly a lie used to draw people in then miss sell them. Avoid there are other ee stores that offer better service. Unfortunately few for repair so if you want repair please go to a different store save yourself the headache I just had.
