Very rude woman at the self service loudly complaining about another customer right next to to me. Bad-mouthing customers in front of other customers is downright rude and completely unprofessional

It's a middle range supermarket, with a good quality clothing section. You can find general household items, like kitchenware, bedding and bathroom knick-knacks as well.If you find yourself a little peckish, there is a very reasonably priced coffee shop on the mezzanine level. Well worth the visit, especially for breakfast. Coffee and cake is only £4. ?

Just had an appalling experience at this store. The tag didn't come off one of the joggers I bought, which set the alarm off. Security checked our (me and my moms) bags. Fair enough. What was not fair was the way we were treated by security. The security guard targeted us despite the fact that other people were walking through when the alarm went off. The security guard snapped at me to walk through the scanners again, becoming sharp when I didn't respond immediately. I have autism, and was looking for my reciept while wearing ear defenders. I couldn't fully process what he was saying. That is why I didn't respond straight away. Following this was another 5 minutes of going through my moms shopping, including stuff that wasn't even bought at this store, asking for receipts. Asda don't even do any of those products he was asking about! He didn't even scan the things to see if they were setting off the alarms, not even doing the logical thing and scan the bags and my moms trolley separately to narrow down what was setting off the alarm. We had to ask for the bags to be scanned through individually. All this time we were being treated like we were criminals in front of the whole shop. The alarms went off for another person who was ignored by the three security guards while we were being scruitinised. After it was determined that there was a tag left on the joggers, the things were shoved into bags and we weren't given an apology. At this point I was stressed and overwhelmed, so I stuck my finger up at them as we left. Bad move on my part, I admit, but between my autism and the way we were treated, I could have been a lot worse, I was trying very hard not to have a meltdown. We're banned now because of the swearing. I think they were overestimating how much we would want to go back somewhere that treated us like scum.

Click and collect groceries very poor experience. They use lockers in the car park which I thought was great idea. I soon realised that none of the lockers are chilled or frozen (even though they state they are on the screen)I had confirmation my groceries were ready in the lockers over 3 hours before my collection time?when I?ve purchased frozen meat which is now almost defrosted, I won?t be re-freezing it!!Requested refund on the app and that was done instantly so that?s one good point. But what a waste of food!Lockers are not easily accessible (too high up and some too deep had to almost climb in to retrieve everything!) The whole experience was disappointing and quite stressful!

The opticians at Shirley wouldn?t allow me to use new frames I purchased because I didn?t like any of the frames they had. instead forcing me to choose the outdated hideous frames they have on display. No thanks I?ll go somewhere else.

You need to move your click and collect point away from the exit and closer to the warehouse. It?s like a Dr?s waiting room there, and the poor woman bringing out the parcels looks exhausted.
