This afternoon I went to the furniture village store in Solihull retail park and I was looking for a dining table with chairs for my new home. Aamir Who works at the store was so friendly and welcoming to the store , I told him that I was looking for a dining table with chairs . He showed me all the dining tables & went through everything with me. I told him that I want something really nice & I explained to him what I wanted , he listened to everything that I was saying . I?ve never had excellent and beyond customer service like that before , And he kept on asking me if I needed anything to drink every five minutes, which is really nice cause you don?t even get that when you go to the stores when you?re going to purchase anything big. I will be always very happy to purchase from furniture village with all that excellent customer service from Aamir , I think you should get a reward from your manager. Thank you very much for everything.

We were helped by Paul Jackson. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He did everthing he could to get us the best deal.He quite honestly couldn't do enough, in general this store and its staff were great.I've been to another furniture village lately in Leeds and the staff just ignored us for 20 minutes.

I was served by Adrian Ford at furniture village in Solihull, who was very helpful in guiding me to purchasing my new bed and mattress.Adrian was polite, helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right bed and mattress for me and would recommend anytime.Will look forward to receiving delivery in November.

Poor post sale experience:I choose not to disclose names in order to uphold courtesy and confidentiality.I had an initially positive experience with Furniture Village during my pre-sale interactions, which were marked by excellent customer service. However, my experience drastically deteriorated post-sale, specifically during the delivery process and subsequent customer care interactions.When I received my furniture delivery, the items were damaged. Upon refusing the damaged product, I was told it couldn't be taken back immediately and that another team would handle the return. After waiting for a week without any communication, I was finally contacted. They offered me the option to return the damaged item and receive a replacement in four weeks, which was inconvenient for me due to my circumstances and I have choose a quick delivery products over other products . Alternatively, they proposed a 50% reduction in the price, amounting to £500, compared to the listed price on their website.Despite these challenges, I wanted to maintain my trust in the company and considered purchasing sofas. I received a call indicating that the £500 reduction would be honoured, with £250 deducted from the sofa and £250 from the sideboard. However, when I visited the store to discuss this further, I was informed that only £250 would be offered if I don?t buy their sofas. This reinforced my belief that the service was commission-based, with a lack of focus on customer satisfaction once a sale was made. Moreover, they failed to communicate this change clearly and repeatedly brought up the impact on their commissions, indicating a prioritization of sales over customer satisfaction. Despite my continued attempts to resolve the issue, they offered inconsistent solutions and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns.In an effort to salvage the situation, I agreed to the reduced offer, but my trust in their service had significantly diminished. I later purchased sofas from Furniture Village online, choosing to forgo the £250 offered due to my lack of confidence in their services.In summary, my experience with Furniture Village highlights their impressive pre-sale customer service, which sharply contrasts with their extremely disappointing post-sale services. Potential customers should be cautious, as their customer service quality significantly diminishes after the sale is made.

We bought a sofa bed from Adrian who was really helpful.He listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the different options.In the end we bought a clearance sofa that fitted the bill perfectly.I loved the fact that Adrian did not try to up sell too much.He showed me all the alternatives but was happy to sell me the sale item.The product appears to be excellent quality. Italian made (which we have previous experience with) so we expect a quality product

Paul Jackson was amazing, not an ounce of pressure, genuinely listening to your concerns, showed a lot of patience with our odd furniture comparison requests. Just amazing all round, will definitely come back to him in the future! I wish more sales people were professional like him! :)

After visiting the store next door that has zero customer service we walked into this Furniture Village store feeling a little less excited about ordering new furniture until Rakesh came along and answered questions and queries straightaway! He was a breath of fresh air!I actually went in to purchase a sofa but ended up with a new bed and mattress aswell. He should definitely be up for a best customer service award, I spent a fortune.

A great buying experience at Furniture Village. Kush was very approachable and friendly and had in depth product knowledge. He was there when we had questions and left us to browse the store in our own time without following us round. We will be returning customers.

I've purchased from here before and their customer service and support have been amazing.The last 3 days I've been supported by Adrian who helped me identify which mattress would help and support me. Obviously didn't rush me into a decision and its important to think about your purchase and budget as its a big purchase. Adrian was very helpful and informative as i needed to ensure the mattress would support my she's and pains. The 2 other members of staff i spoke to were also extremely helpful.I've finally identified the bed and mattress I want and for a great price. 20 year guarantee on the physical frame on the bed, all mechanisms on the ottoman covered for 2 years but this is extended with the cover. It's Well worth taking out the cover as I had this cover with my sofa 10 years ago. You never know what the kids or animals get up to behind your back with paint and scissors to hand. The sort you get with the cover to fix things really helps.

Spent a few hours here over the weekend ordering a new sofa, dinning table chairs, and sideboard .The whole experience has been brilliant were were greeted by Leon who wasn't pushy and left us until we called him back for assistance.(much appreciated)We also had Tony help as we couldn't find the right dinning chairs ,his knowledge in interior design was really impressive. ? they even found a solution to my question about delivery as had a previous bad experience (not furniture village ) getting furniture into our home .All sorted now and looking forward to our furniture arriving thanks again to Leon and Tony for your excellent customer service.

I attended furniture Village today, and purchased a sofa which was fab quality and great value. The sales constant Imran Khushi was extremely friendly and helpful. He was also able to apply additional discounts on insurance and delivery. Overall a fantastic experience.

Purchased a corner sofa and a king size bed for our new home. Mr Khush provided us with excellent customer service. His knowledge and experience of furniture was second to none which made the whole purchasing experience very smooth. There were great offers at the store. The quality is nice and the prices were reasonable.
