“I desperately needed a new mattress so visited Dreams in Oldbury, Birmingham. I was met by Andy who, after finding out what I was looking for, showed me to the machine which showed which type I would need. After her gave me a pillow, he showed me the different mattresses and asked me to lie down on each, not just sit on them. I was a bit indecisive but with his help I came to a decision. During all of this Andy was really helpful and professional.When I had decided which to buy, he showed me to A table to complete the sale with Rob. Rob was really friendly and helped me through the process with ease. Meanwhile, Andy offered Coffee and even provided biscuits.Overall, my experience, an experience I was actually rather dreading, was made enjoyable by both Andy and Rob.
