Ordered online on the 4th Feb and had delivery set for the same day between 2 - 6, then thought I'll collect it instead, to then have an email come through saying you're order will be ready to collect from Monday 5th at 9amHow misleading is that?? You can offer same day delivery on a Sunday but if I wanted to collect it, it won't be ready until Monday?Website states on the product ordered "order today collect after 4pm" but hang on it's Sunday and you close at 4pm.. very misleading to say the least.Phone up to see if I can just pay extra to have it delivered the same day to be told. Yeah, you cancel the order and put it through again but have to wait up to 5 days for that original order to be refunded.. absolute joke! Not impressed at all.

I came to this argos in oldbury to return my laptop. I brought this on the 29/7/2023. I wanted to return my laptop because it was turning off for some reason, and the charge ran out very quickly. So I went and gave a worker my recite, and I still had 28 days. There was a short guy he told me to show evidence. How am I supposed to show you evidence when I don't know when it turns of. He wasted 2 hours of my time. Then I went to argos that is in Walsall, and they happily gave my money back. I would not recommend you this oldbury argos.The service is very bad. I would not recommend it.Waste of money and waste of time. I would've given it a zero star if there was an option.

Products good. Service ok and suitably efficient given how many people must order online now. Will always make the trip to Sainsbury's more enjoyable .. especially if the nectar card is safely brought along (!)

Very good customer service. I went inside to pick up my iPhone 14 Pro Max with an Alienware Laptop and the staff quickly gave me my items with a smile. Very nice place too. Everything went swimmingly, except the time I almost slipped into the frozen goods aisle and bashed my head on the side. I have mild concussion but at least I can play Genshin Impact on my new laptop :)

i would give 0 stars if that's possible.. bought a sewing machine on the 1st of dec. my dad tried the machine straight away and it was doing a strange noise so obviously i had to take it back to argos.went on friday morning and a young lady was so kind she asked me what's was wrong with the machine i explained everything and also show her a video i made on the phone as proof so she can listen the strange noise too..she kindly explained to me that she ordered a new one for me to exchange but i needed to come back in the afternoon.in the afternoon i went back and i explained everything , show the video to another lady working there and she said to me that i need to wait because she doesnt have knowledge of machines.. she called one of her colleague indian, and this lady started to looking the machine saying firstly that a piece is missing but i didn't lose it as my dad packed everything.after that she found that piece and she started making excuses saying that the fault is ours because we missed the timing of the machine... so now everyone with a basic knowledge of sewing machine the basic ones should know that that type of machine dont have a proper timing and she started giving the the fault to my dad and saying that she is right because she is in the business from 30 years... i politely asked her then what the hell she is doing in the argos if she is in this sewing business from 30 years???? rude people never going back to them. AVOID AT ALL COST

If I could put 0 I would one of the managers Ian spoke to my son (7yrs old) my son doesn't like speaking to strangers so when asked if he was okay said no then Ian asked how's his girlfriend. I find this highly inappropriate to ask any child of any age but he acted as if I'd gone over board by telling him he was being inappropriate and asking him to move away from my child. Just warning incase others have to deal with his strange behaviour! Other manager assured me she will dicuss his behaviour and apologised but was insistent he didn't mean it in a strange way, ? I don't think anyone but the person being inappropriate would be able to say what way it was intended.
