I only go to this screwfix branch even though I have one in dudley where I live. The service I get from Phil and Jason is top level. Absolutely nice guys. Always look after me in the store. Make me tea go out the way to help me. Genuinely nice people. These guys deserve a pay rise honestly. Well done guys. These guys make screwfixe. To be honest if these guys left I wouldn't use this branch.

Great local tool store, the staff are always helpful and efficient, most items are usually in stock and if not are ordered in within 24 hours, my only gripe is I find the pricing is not as competitive as other tool stores but that's not the branches fault it's Screwfix as a company that need to do something about that as there is plenty of other tool shops around that blow them out of the water on price, apart from that they are a great store when you need something asap.

Darren was ever so helpful, excellent customer service. He went over and beyond to help us. Sadly another member of staff (Rach) was very disruptive, kept Interrupting this was rather annoying.

Fantastic service, really helpful friendly staffwent the extra mile to help me find what I needed. Not my closest branch but prefer to use the Halesowen branch as the staff are a lot more helpful. Highly recommended

Reasonably priced with a wide selection of goods. Could do with more catalogues out for customers, only one at the front of the store. Staff are polite and efficient.

Really nice place looks like a shop sort what you want there is a book by door bit like argos. Put your numbers down take to counter they sort it all out and give good advice will use screen again.

Been to Screwfix quite a few times recently and never had a problem there, good location by Toolstation and B&Q so I can get everything in one go. Staff are friendly and helpful, Dudley branch is closer but I prefer this one for the staff :)
