I am disappointed and disgusted by the prices. I used to be able to sympathise with charity shops with pricing items 5-10 more when they could be designer, however when your establishment prices possibly fake designer items for an ungodly amount towards the general public and the people who need to shop at charity shops due to the low cost of items! I find it absolutely horrid. Me and my mother who do clothe shopping (used to) at your shop have found it to be pathetic when we saw fake designer shoes priced for £80. Last time I checked charity shops were made to be fair and that the workers don't take advantage of the stock and take the high end items for themselves. It is shameful!!!!!

EVEN IF INFLATION WOULD BE REAL, WE CAN UNDERSTAND RAISING PRICES BY THOSE WHOM INVEST IN THEIR BUSINESSES.SECOND HAND SHOP RECEIVING EVERYTHING FOR FREE,ZERO INVESTMENT, PURE PROFIT..YET GREED IN THEIR HEARTS PUSH THEM TO CHARGE £6 FOR OFTEN STAINED, STINKING OLD T-SHIRT.THAT'S DISGUSTING MORALLY AND PHYSICALLY.AND NO,CEO STEALING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF POUNDS EACH YEAR IS NOT A GOOD CAUSE.

Disappointed I took 4 suitcases of clothes coats and shoes to the Dudley store. The Assistant after speaking to her manager said they don?t take suitcases meaning that I would have to take the items out of the suitcases before they would receive.them. ( I would of thought that the suitcases could have been sold and more environmentally friendly than plastic bags) .Took my suitcases to Mary Stevens Hospice who were more than happy to take everything.

I have bought some used white goods as well as furniture from here over the years and they have been durable, good quality and reasonably priced. At a free they will deliver to your home. I'm happy spending my money here cos I know it's used for a good cause.
