I ordered a gaming screen for my son an a lovely lady called Jo pointed out the seal was broken on it and asked if I wanted to check it as there was no more in stock. Upon opening it had hands marks all over it which I think is terrible of argos to be selling on something that is stated as new but clearly been sent back by someone. Anyway Jo said I could look for another one even if it was more expensive and she would match the price for me. I went back the next day to collect it. Thanks so much Jo there should be more helpful people like you on the world as I will have a happy boy on he's birthday now .

Hi I went to Argos a couple of days ago to purchase a stair gate for my son, when I arrived home to install the stair gate I realised that the box had already been previously opened and used as the box was very damaged and all the small parts inside were scattered around the inside of the box instead of the plastic bag they were supposed to be, I think it is ridiculous that I have been charged full price for a used product. I will not be using this store again.

Absolutely disgusting service at merry Hill argos store. The manager was rude quoted a policy which she did not understand herself. Explained this to her and she continued with the same bad attitude. Absolutely appalling service. How do they hire such incompetent people with no.people.skills

I do not recommend shopping on this chain off stores. They do not take responsibility for the quality off the products sold, which causes frequent rejection off the warranty .

Absolutely disgusted by the service I had tonight. I spend about £500 a week kitting out flats from Argos. I'm over 40 and was demanded by Rob...I would need ID for a pizza wheel "by law" he may be on the autistic spectrum but that's not my fault to be totally humiliated.

Ordered in store a 65 inch television and a sound bar for delivery .Sound bar got delivered but no TV.Phoned and went into store to be told they had no such reference number on there system.Still trying to get a refund now. Shambles!!!

Really good customer service today from Jo @Merry hill store , helped me to find my lost receipt on the Argos system, sent it to my email and exchanged my broken airfryer with a great smile , a lovely attitude and a real credit to your store ?Thank you Jo for all your help
