I have read the negative reviews of this post office with utter disbelief. I have NEVER been spoken to rudely, NEVER been ignored and NEVER been confronted with a surly attitude. Yes, there is often a longish queue but I have never seen the staff chit-chatting instead of serving customers. I was brought up to treat others as I would like them to treat me, and I have always found it a pleasure to do business with this post office.

Amazing service by the staff at this branch. They always look at the best options for the cost of posting. Great service with a smile. I must use this post office 3 or 4 times a week and both Kay and Sophie are brilliant.

The maps show it's open. I come with 3 envelopes to send. They say the biggest one is a parcel and there is no trained person to deal with it now. So I want to buy stamps for the small envelopes - abroad. They show me 2nd class stamps. I ask - will it get them there? IT SHOULD. Are you sure? I'M NOT TRAINED FOR THIS.

Some Time ago i went there to send my log book as i needed to exchenge adres on it, envelope was not closed properly, lady in the Office instead to close it she pulled the log book off and checked all details, i said everything is okay i Just need to send it, she ticked the New kepeer box and when i get a New log book number of formal keepers of my car increased about one. I had to sent it one more Time and explain to dvla what the problem is
