I ATTENDED THEIR CASH ( FREE WITHDRAWAL ) ATMON 11/9/2023 AFTER THIS MACHINE RETURED MY CARD. IT FAILED TO GIVE ME CASH BUT TOOK £250 BUT HAD TAKEN IT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I PHONED THEM THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD TO SELF RESOLVE WITH MY BANK. IN OTHER WORDS USE THIS MACHINE AT YOUR OWN RISK I THINK THAT MEANS

Wonderful experience. We have been there today?s evening to post some important licence documents. The staff are polite and helpful. Both the ladies assisted us very well and provide the required information. We have reached there during the closing time still they patiently guide us regarding our application.

Unrealistic opening hours. Opens after people have gone to work. Closes before people finish work. And Saturday only open half a day. This post office believes all locals are retired or jobless according to these opening hours. Always end up having to use a post office miles away from home. Won't miss this place if it closes down.

The staff are obsessed with trying to get you to upgrade the delivery service that you ask for , and often put items through for on a higher fee than you should need to pay . They talk amongst themselves in their own (Indian?) language whilst dealing with customers , and when they do talk to you what appears to be small talk turns into them trying to sell you yet more of their (high commission earning ?) products . Honestly , you'd be less hassled at a timeshare presentation . Staff generally rude , ignorant and unfriendly .

Very rude staff and have no idea of customer service. I was in the queue today and was appalled by the ladies working behind the counter. They extremely rude and have obviously never had any training in customer service. Several people actually stepped forward from the queue and told them how rude they were being to the customer and it wasn?t acceptable. Post office seriously need to look at why they think it is acceptable to have staff like this.

Poor customer service, avoid this place. They don't want to advise you and are quick to tell you what they are paid for or not. Seems like customers are an annoyance. So guess what, better drive further away to a post office that values customers instead. Let this poor example close down/ change management.

Friendly staffs. Always there providing the best service they can provide with a smile. I will recommend this post office to anyone. They make their customers welcome by a friendly chat and which makes us want to visit this post office more. I really appreciate the owner and the staffs for thier hard work.

Hit and miss, definitely not customer service driven or focused as when there is a queue they should be trying to prioritise and serve us instead of doing other jobs, which could be done in quieter times!Friendly staff though, just need to modernise working practices.

Rude and unpleasant staff (except very nice British lady) throwing parcels around in front of customers. Problematic every single time I try to send a parcel, moaning when you make them work 15 min before closing time. Really disappointing.

Rude staff who try their hardest to make you feel like an inconvenience, don't waste your time going here, they can't be bothered to help you. If they wanted to keep ther customers they'd actually do their jobs.
