Told to wait 30 mins for medicine to then be told it wasn't in . One week later no call from them. When they left me an answer phone message to ring them back they did not answer. Rung 15 times over 4 days at different times no reply so my daughter still does not have her medicine

Handed chemo tabs Perscription in on 22 nd. To be sent to Lloyds Kempes highway.,to arrive on Friday 26 Nov. This has not arrived. Been ringing you for over one hour. Nobody picks up . This is not good now what do we do !!!

The waiting time at this pharmacy is an absolute joke. At one point the waiting time was 50 min for 2 items - If you get the chance ask for it to be send to your local pharmacy instead of wasting your time and money.

I was told you can have your medication sent to local Lloyd's pharmacy in 48 hours.\\n72 hours later I was told I have to collect from the hospital on the phone.\\nThe whole point I left it is because I waited 20 minutes to hand in prescription and was told further 45 minutes to collect.\\nMiserable Staff, awful customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever seen. Came 8:30 a.m. and still waiting 45 minutes for my wife's medicine. I want to add I was third in queue... very bad service.

This pharmacy is woefully inadequate - it simply cannot cope with the volume of prescriptions during the normal working week. I requested a prescription to be sent to their pharmacy in Lillington because I could not wait an hour+ at the hospital. It has taken a week to get it there...

Absolutely regret getting a prescription from here when I visited hospital, queued up for an hour, didn't even have what I needed, sent it to another Lloyds miles away, that Lloyds didn't have it, said to go back to hospital, err no, just give me a refund!!

Always a pleasant visit. Staff are very helpful and thorough when giving you your medication. Happy to answer any questions I have and are very reassuring. Very thankfull to them all for working so tirelessly during the pandemic. Well done to all

Staff too busy laughing and joking to serve customers. I'm disabled and they kept me waiting for a cream. There was no queue. After waiting they told me that they didn't have it in stock and I need to come back the next day. When I told them that I couldn't they told me that they'd send it to my local pharmacy the next day. The next they they called and told me that it wouldn't be going out as they missed the collection, so I could collect it after 3pm the day after. I got someone to go and collect it and it wasn't there! Told to come back the next day. Tried calling the pharmacy, only to get a fax machine. Ridiculous service, nothing like the local Lloyds pharmacy! A total let down.

The counter service is long-winded but maybe forgiveable considering the number of patients, however, not answering the phone (7 calls so far today) is not. It seems to be switched to a fax machine for some reason.
