My experience shows them to be chaotic with inadequate stock control. Ordered on-line for store collection. Their website said the item was in stock but it wasn't when I got there. Wasted journey!! Got something similar whilst there for which they charged me 50p extra. No decency to compensate me the 50p for my inconvenience. Avoid if you can.

Went in today about midday. I needed a few items and advice and my project was on a budget. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and pointed out the best ways I could get a nice result for my chrismas project without it breaking the bank.

Great store - prices are a little high, but they have a great range of stock for a bunch of different hobby crafts. They often have sales, or 3 for 2 offers on which helps, and the staff are lovely.Great place to get resources, or to explore and find a new hobby.
