Worst place to get ears pierced. Their 'experts' are only briefly trained, it's overpriced and they give bad advice.Cartilage should never be pierced with a piercing gun, it's much more likely to go wrong and not heal and hurt more.

I took my daughter here for her ears pierced after a really bad experience previously at another shop. I honestly can?t thank Chloe and Laura so much the patience they had with her was absolutely phenomenal and the customer service from both the ladies was amazing. They reassured her constantly and such an asset to Claire?s. Thank you both so much my daughter is in love with them xx

the order was placed online and even after 2 days it is not ready for pickup. when normally between 2-4 hours it is ready for pickup. It is not the first time this has happened at this store. I do not recommend.

Ear piercing done here for my young daughter today. 1st time she had them done. The young assistant called Klaudia was very professional and reassured my daughter it will be ok and she got a sweet after..I would recommend this place for 1st time piercing, also they have lots of hair and earing accessories, we picked a good set of earrings.This is right in the city centre opposite lady godiva statue.
