Very unprepared staff. I asked about details about a printer and staff were more confused than I was. In the end when I ordered it me and mom asked if I can pick it up using her Argos card and the staff said yes. We wanted to pay in advance but they said the product needs to come first (next day). They reassured me I will be able to use my mom?s card and take the product. Next day at the shop I?m arguing with the manager about not allowing me to do what the employee said it was ok.

Ordered an item on 9th November for pick up on Sunday the 12th.Recieved email telling me i would be notified when in store.Checked on the 12th and the site said "collect now" so went to store.Told by store staff has not arrived.Another email arrives telling me my collection date has been extended to the 26th November.Phone their absolute joke of a customer service line.Told it would be another week or so before i recieved the item.Checked again on the 13th and the item is shown as cancelled without me asking for it to be and without any email notification of any sort.Without any shadow of a doubt the worst customer service i have ever had themisfortune of dealing with and will never use them again.

Very poor costumer service. Today I go there to get return or exchange of a electric hob. They refused to do so, I am ok with it. But the way they refuse was so insulting. The Lady on counter deal me really badly. manager also said the same thing but in a acceptable way. The other one's way of dealing was sooo bad, don't want to go there again.

Some time ago I bought a laptop that and I got an argos card,a few days ago someone stole my wallet and use the argos card to buy 2 products in value of 700£,it seems they got no way to prevent this like a sms text with a security code that you get on your phone,like Curry's pc has,maybe is time for them to do the same thing,this way we can avoid these situations.

Appalling customer service. Same problem as most customers complaining about Argos. Wanted to return a faulty, bought lawn mower and get a refund for the lawn mower item according to 30 day return policy but the customer support member refused. Another staff member came to the till who I believe is the store manager however they required a photographic evidence for which was impossible to provide considering the issue was with it not functioning when on. Neither were helpful and quite rude. They looked like they did not want to help. And they said the manufacturer has to be contacted but did not make it clear if they were going to contact wasting my time for which I said I would want it packaged so I could take it back to the car and contact them myself. one of them ran off saying they did not want to deal with me and left me to put the item back in the box. So much for customer support. Customer service team should be calm, collected and composed. One of them is very chubby and tge other one short with dark hair.

Sharleen is extremely rude & has poor customer service skills, I wanted to return a baby stair gate which was the wrong measurements for my stairs & she tried to tell me I?m not allowed to return it because I should?ve known the measurements before purchasing it, absolutely regardless of this the Argos T&C?s tell me I?m entitled to return it within 30 days in original condition as it was, doesn?t mention anything about measurements there, you?re an ignorant person who doesn?t know the returns policy of where you work & tried go argue with me in front of other customers. ?

Everytime I use this store I feel discriminated against. I bought something and returned it straight away. I use the one in Rugby they are more customer service friendly

Very bad customers service and also I bought one Apple Watch for My brother he doesn?t like the colour then I went to return the watch, they say they can?t change product, one lady, at customer service counter is very rude she said to me if you open the original packing, they can?t exchange the product .

Went for the return the hotspot which is not good product,want to refund but they denied with rude staff, bad customer service.After long discussion they replaced the device but I don't want again the same product which is definitely not good.Don't buy anything from there ,think twiceyou can't get refund still policy is saying you 30 days but you can't refund.
