Our pizzas have been very tasty. Service excellent. Been twice now. The staff seem shy and quiet.We go and order in the shop. The wait isn't very long. Would recommend the meat feast. Cheers No 1

I've put a order through Just eat, after it was 40 "on the way". I called the restaurant to see what's happening and I've been told on a very rude tone by this person that didn't let me talk at all that they can't find the address and I didn't answer my phone. I replied that I haven't missed calls on my phone nd they he said that I have the wrong phone and it's my fault... I kindly asked for 30 seconds so I can check if my phone is correct on just eat app to what he said it doesn't matter and it's my fault the food hasn't been delivered... My phone was correct. Even the guy that delivered the ( cold) food said he's boss is not a very nice person and he is loosing alot of business because of it. Well last time I order from here and I will advice all my friends and family to stay away from this place.

Refused to deliver. Spoke to a very rude man at shop and he said he didn?t need to explain his self to me, when asked why delivery wouldn?t be to my door. When paying for delivery I would expect it to be delivered. Disgusting customer service

Possibly the worst take away I?ve had. Took over two hours to come.We called several times and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. Another 45 minutes later it still hadn?t arrived. I was told I would be ?looked after? on my next order. I will never order from there again.

I always have iiked ordering pizza from this place however that last couple of occasions they keep getting the order wrong. Why add jalapeño when clearly I added on order online to be removed as kids cannot it eat. I emailed them but still no response. May have to consider a new pizza place

Very slow service. Went to order and half way through ordering the shop phone rang and the staff member just walked away and took the call and didn't even apologise or anything. This happened 2 or 3 times before he actually finished taking my order

The team at No1s in Brownhills is fab, always great service, amazing pizzas where the bases never go hard, always service with a smile too!My favourite is the El Paso!!Vegetarian options: Great vegge pizzas with egg free bases.
