“Went to Halfords auto centre for tyres and tracking. Tracking was completely off when I drove home, they were unable to sort when I returned and when I returned the day they suggested, nearly a week later their tracking machine was broken with a 'nothing we can do' attitude. With a long trip ahead I had no choice but to head to Kwik Fit. I just wish I'd gone there first. Fast, professional and explained what they did much clearer and called me when done as promised. Just a shame I've paid twice for one procedure.”
