Close earlier than they should, and have had to wait over weeks to get prescription and i had ran out and they don't answer the phone. Have now changed pharmacy

Disgusting attitude by a certain staff. Left without vital medication over the Christmas..ended up in hospital..130 phone calls to each one just ringing or to be hung up...No wonder no staff if they have to work for her...Also was told by her to move chemists..ATTITUDE..and me being housebound too..DISGUSTING..

They either need more staff or need to organise themselves better. Some staff are rude and the effort get some medicines it'd be easier to make them yourself.I've switched chemists which has been much easier.

I cannot express how much I think highly of this pharmacy and the team members! It?s such a happy and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is happy and up for having a conversation as well as making sure everything is running smoothly.. they have gone above and beyond for me.. I?ve never had trouble with my medicine and I recommend This pharmacy to everyone! Keep up the good work guys!!! Thank you :)

Staff are amazing. Very helpful. Went out of thier way to assist me. Made me feel very welcome like I had been a customer for years even though it was my first visit. Will definitely be using this pharmacy again.

Well!! Now that they have changed their times to no weekend opening without notice, us long day weekend unsociable hours workers can?t collect our prescriptions. How thoughtful of of you.. going to have to change pharmacies!!

Fail to send out my prescription and never answer the phone when asking for an update. Their app and customer service team and useless also. They worked more efficiently during covid lockdown, now they just cant be bothered. Time to find another pharmacy.

Continually fail to fill my prescription on time leaving me without medication am now changing to a Pharmacy that actually knows what it is doing , shame I have to give it one star they don't even deserve that
