I got the home board with 2 extenders. I have a 3-floor home, but the WiFi wasn't as good as I hoped it to be as you do need to have the app to connect them called Eero. The Internet was working but not for long as it kept disconnecting. They did send us a letter saying that we could cancel whenever but when we did they complained. Overall the customer service at first was okay however we didn't want the extenders we were going to buy it off Amazon instead of paying for it every month. We did cancel our contact with three as the WiFi was glitching all the time.

I made a contract with them and they said 13£ but there charging me double every month I wanted to cancel it but they said to call 3 and cancel.m it when I called them they said to ask the Perry Barr and they staff is really rude

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Kept making excuses and I had to visit the store 4 times to return my home broadband within the cancellation period. I ended up having to complain to customer services to get this sorted.

Ordered a sim only deal and it didn't arrive so was advised to go to the local 3 store for a replacement sim. Was not told to bring any specific I.D so I had my debit card from which the direct debit was set up for the sim only deal and i had another form of photo I.D which clearly stated my name but the staff refused to give me the sim. Despite explaining that it would cause me quite a inconvenience to go back home and bring my driving licence or passport for I.D which they wanted to see.Zero customer care. If they had just sent me my sim through the post I wouldn't have had to go through all this hassle. So finally I had to go back home and 3 hours later go back to show them my licence and finally get my sim.Complete joke of a place & would not reccomend ?
