Very dissatisfied and very disappointed, I always come to this subway since I was a little girl and I live around the corner but the customer service is shocking (except from the short older lady in a hijab/headscarf) I usually come in every week and order my usual and not only does the price difference always change (even though I have the exact same order every single time) but when I did decide today so switch it up a bit, the younger lady made my sub wrong, and after I said ?I?m sorry is that mine ?? (Because that?s not what I ordered) she said ?yes this is yours, this is what you ordered? when I didn?t? so I politely said ?sorry no that?s not what I ordered? (and then pointed to what I ordered and said the sub order at the same time like I did the first time around) she said ?I said ?mozzarella? and you said ?yes? ? when that didn?t even come out my mouth, she then rudely threw the incorrect sub in the microwave, spoke to her colleagues in her language and walked off, after about 5 min I was served again, changed my sun to make it easier for them and it tasted horrible.. ended up taking 2 bites and binning it.This isn?t even the first time they?ve made my subs wrong and have blamed it on me, a few weeks ago I asked for ?mayo? and the guy put garlic mayo on, I politely said ?I didn?t say garlic mayo, I said mayo? then him and the lady who made my sub wrong today who was their on that shift when he put the wrong mayo on, told me ?I heard what you said, you said garlic mayo? when I didn?t, I don?t even like garlic mayo and have never had it on my sub ever.Let alone the fact that the merychef was broken for about 3 weeks so all the subs had to be warmed up in a microwave, making it so soggy and not worth the moneyI?m getting really sick and tired of this subways lack of customer service and decent manners, if you make something wrong, apologise and fix it, don?t blame the customer who didn?t ask for it and was being polite when they corrected youit?s a shame because this subway is convenient for me because it?s so close to my house, it?s not too expensive and can be healthy if you make it but the lack of manners from most of the workers there is beyond me.I hope there?s a change quickly

I was extremely disappointed by the subway in Slade road, Erdington as it tasted bland with no real flavour. It wasn't fresh and wasn't the usual subway quality.

Vile staff who seem to purposely try to be rude and awkward, visited this afternoon and a couple of other times and experience has been the same, gave them the benefit of the doubt for the last time. Dirty, rude staff with 0 customer service or manners.

Best subway about atm, fast service and good polite staff. We always give a visit here whenever around in the are, never dissapointed.

Made use of an offer for a footlong sub. Had the cheesesteak. They were really skimpy with the steak. It was like they were counting the toppings. The steak was cold, crusty and chewy. They couldn't toast it either as their equipment wasn't working. Absolutely ridiculous. Was looking forward to enjoying the sandwich, but even with the offer it was a tremendous dissapointment.

i went there and it was a very generous experience that i could not explain by my words.but honestly prit the sandwich artist requires a promotion as he was serving with so polite and humble behaviour.will come back soon

Coffee machine out of order for 16 months.stale bread obviously been there for more than 1 day .couldnt have any lettuce it had turned brown.not a great experience..wont be returning there.

Customer services is poor. Asked code to toilets door was told they are out of order. Explained that I just wanted to wash my hands and could I use another sink and was told no as they have stuff in the sink. Had pleasant staff in the past, but every time I have visited recently always told the toilet is out of use. And generally ignored until they can be bothered to serve.

The worst Subway I have ever been to in all the years my daughter and I been shopping in or ordering online. Poor services, staffs are very rude and disgusting and the manager seems to be unable to make decisions based on what he was trained or hired for without the unmannered staffs he is working with.As for my orders I walked away leaving it with the manager and his crew.Not advisable to shop or order there. Would never ever recommend that place not even to an enemy in need.

Very Inconsistent opening times. No working telephone so no way to contact restaurant. Not the friendliest branch I?ve been to!
