I've never been made so uncomfortable by a retail worker. A member of staff(kerry) was on tills as soon as she saw me she started to pull faces. I greeted her nicely but still didn't get a decent response. I won't ever be going back here again.

Use this place regularly but won?t be going back! 9.30am 13th September 23. Every time I go there, this blonde white lady in her mid 30s sees me, she is extremely rude. Aggressively speaking to me and today she uttered a racial slur to me. I chose to ignore but please have a word with her. Other customers may not be as passive as me.

It?s not hard to make clear to everybody that these stupid chargers don?t work.The guy said there are cones out but people have moved them.SO STOP PEOPLE MOVING THEM AND PUT THEM BACK.

I think something is going on with their pumps. I put £25 in the rental I was taking back to enterprise (next door) when I dropped the car off, the petrol gauge was still the same as if I hadn't put any petrol in?? ?

Lovely guy on the night shift saved my bacon when I was running on empty... All the pumps had been tagged as sold out but he let me try all the pumps to see if I could get enough petrol to get home. Super helpful, thanks so much!

I was a customer 26 of November at 10.20 Guy working there very rude, him seen me I'm trying transfer money and my add is not working statr swearing on me ?? seriously I was shocked then I asked to call a manager and him goes I'm a manager and owner ? so I'm a regular customer for few years and I never seen this kind of attitude showing towards customers its absolutely unprofessional. I ain't gunna be bk again and I don't recommend that place to others as the stuff are racist as a first, rude and unprofessional. I have a video so I going to post it at the social media's how the shell stuff treats a reg customers.

Guy working here on 16 October 2022 is very unprofessional and disgrace. Using this garage for past 3 years and this is the last time am gnna visit here. An attitude to serve a customer who's paying for service is shame.

Attended early AM, was told to pay first..???! I was filling my tank, how can I pay first when u don?t know how much fuel will go into the car?? Stupid rule which wastes customers time- and now, they?ve lost a customer whose been using this Shell for many years!

Just popped in to fill air in tyres. Guy in front getting very aggro because machine had swallowed his pound and had gone to get manager for his money back. Manager very helpful, got machine working with his own pound and then helped us with our tyres. He was quite upset over the first guys behaviour and asked if I?d write him a good review - so here it is! Thanks Tahir!

Modern station with great facilities. Very easy and quick to refuel with mobile payments on the Shell app. Staff are hit and miss, depends who you get but wouldn't put me off returning. Great location on route to M6.

The last few times I've been (during Covid times) there's been no gloves, and petrol all over the pumps.Either keep the pumps clean or make sure gloves are provided. Ideally both.
