A friend and myself visited 22/3 from the moment we walked in a lady (manager I think) could not have done anymore to make us feel welcomed. Her attitude was amazing so happy and extremely helpful. We both had the sunset burger and the food arrived quick and was delicious Would happily travel to this branch again. Thank you

Told there was a 15 minute wait for a table even though at least 4 different tables empty. Also then Told extra 30 mins wait on top for food. Disappointing.

Order went to Wolverhampton branch on Queens Street. The driver arrived with our 'cold' bag containing only the sauce and a side of coleslaw. We asked him and he assured us that was all he was handed. We called the store who told us they would take a look and put us on hold, they came back to say they definitely gave the driver the bag. We obviously asked them what they would do, to be put on hold again. At this point, a man came back stating he was the manager and that he would place another order and get Deliveroo to bring it. I took the phone from my partner to ask what they would do for the inconvenience of this and how long would it take. He grumbled and fumbled over his words eventually landing on it was up to us to ring Deliveroo for a refund. We then got passed to the ACTUAL manager, Lauren, who after refusing to listen to us and take on board what we were saying, continued to tell us to ring Deliveroo. After I raised my voice she finally stated she would call them and arrange the refund. Her colleague previous had taken my partner's name and number, and we were told to expect a call back. Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, we called Deliveroo who advised us that as we ordered on the Nandos website, and NOT via their app, it was up to Nandos to refund us. So I called Nandos customer service, told them I was raising a formal complaint and miraculously, got the refund for the order which they found on their own website and therefore had all the details (unlike Deliveroo) We didn't get a call back from Lauren. So my partner called up and got the same load of waffle. Obviously Lauren unawate that we had already sorted the issue with their own head office, continued to tell us she called Deliveroo herself and apparently they said we had to!!! So funny then that she said she didn't know my partners name or contact number (but somehow had called on our behalf) She ended it saying she was welcoming the complaint and she would handle it from there. We made a visit sunday evening. very busy but soon seated and ordered online as card machine not working. disappointingly our food came to the table before our drinks. However a waiter by the name of dicaprio was very apologetic and soon resolved this going above and beyond to make it a very enjoyable evening excelent customer service and as i said to him" a credit to nandos"

We visited on a Saturday evening, & had a short wait for a table. We ordered soon after being seated, but there was a fair wait for our food (40 minutes) which isn?t something I?m used to at Nando?s. The food itself was as expected, & the service was ok so overall our meal was fine.

Disappointing dining experience, made to use phone to order from QR CODE post pandemic. Items listed on the table menu were not on the phone menu. Bread baps seemed stale. On the plus side, the food was served promptly once ordered and the table service was good (apart from having to place a web order).

This Nando?s is fantastic, Danny one of the most accommodating guy you?ll ever meet. The staff are brilliant well spoke \\u0026 very polite..\\nThe food always comes out fast so you won?t be waiting to long \\u0026 it never disappointing.

DANNY FOR PROMOTION!\\n\\nYou would think this would be one of the top Nando's in Birmingham as it is on broad street, right? WRONG. Food was cold and dry, I changed it 3 times and the staff didn?t care. The only person that took the time to listen to my complaint was one of the staff members named Danny. When my food came back out it was as I liked it. I never write reviews but wanted to say thank you to Danny, he is a lovely guy, his manager said everyone loves him and I see why. Truly cares about his customers. I hope he gets promoted soon. As for food take a trip to New Street

Customer service is fantastic! And the wait was only around 10-12 minutes, however the chips were not crispy hot instead tepid at best? and the peri salt thrown all in one location instead of spread, clearly very little care taken? fortunately i informed the gentleman who seated me and within 45 seconds he was out with a fresh plate of chips which he seasoned evenly. Well done to him on a fantastic customer service.

Visited this evening, was quite so didn't have any issues with getting a seat. Tills were down so had to order online, took a while as had to download the app and it was playing up

Good atmosphere, well cooked food served quickly on a Saturday evening and in order. Staff could be more consistent with the levels of service. A few were rude tbf and didn't manage the queue well. For food on Broad Street then 4 is far

Unfortunately not the best visit to a Nando's. On entry not sure why the guy was wearing what looked like a stab vest (maybe fashion). Cant say the welcome from any of the staff was that great so alarm bells should have rung ! No menus, has to be done online which is ok if you have a signal. Food took a while but it was busy so expected although it was only warm when it arrived and to try and get the attention of a waiter/waitress was difficult. Like the fact you pay when you order so no obligation to leave a tip unless deserved.

13/10/21 The staff in this Nandos are incredibly rude. The guy at the front desk seemed like he did not care for his job and showed no experience in customer service, I am surprised someone actually hired him. I have no idea why they would have someone at the front of house to serve guests like this, he spoke to us like we were poo on his shoe. I have been to this Nandos before and never had a problem but since coming today it seems that they have had new staff in and not one of them were friendly like in other Nandos. This ruined our experience and I felt very unwelcome by the staff on today, i am not usually one to write a review or complain but after today I felt I should voice my opinion, I won?t be returning to this Nandos.
