Ordered a meal today with a custom burger was told I?m not allowed the customise my burger which is odd to me as I have never been told that before from other McDonalds or even when ordering through Uber eats.Very rude and it?s my local never experienced anything like this before and couldn?t believe what was happening.When speaking to the manger totally ignoring me to the point I?m repeating myself to get an answer.Very disappointed

Do not order on the app if your in the car park it comes up as stechford retail park then changes to Bromley the glades in London when you go to pay at checkout if you don?t spot this you lose your order and the money you paid for it. Tried to explain this to the business manager ALpa who only knows 7 words ?there?s nothing I can do about it? even had others in the restaurant coming up to say they had the exact same place (Bromley the glades in London) coming up on their app so not just mine and my daughters app (or apparently our last Google map destination/area we?ve been according to ALpa! (Haven?t been to London for 4 years ALpa lol! So we lose our order and money blatantly robbed on the app! Make sure you order inside or on use the screens or you lose your money and you get no help from the restaurant your fault basically yet the app changes the area at the checkout!!!! Most people collard it unfortunately my daughter didn?t! Had to reorder paying twice for her meal. Shame as the food is actually really good and the rest of the staff really lovely but can see why the manager gets a bad rap in the reviews and rightly so she was literally smirking at me whilst saying the only few words she knows there?s nothing I can do about it ? don?t give up the day job Alpa!

If I could give less I would try to order muffins which already came to over £16 but joke is I have to pay near £20 cus of delivery when I'm only up the road like literally I'm on the glebe not even a mile away . Everytime I've ordered from this branch I've either had egg shells or finger prints in my actual egg not the rest and I even have the photos to prove it if ur willing to spend that much on takeaway from here DONT spend that tiny bit extra AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE I have tried and tried to give these JOKES the benefit of the doubt but never the less MCDONALD'S ARE ALL BELLS AND WHISTLES

Went to McDonald's today and tasted awful, wasn't up to standard and needed improvement however Staff member Hamna was so sweet and nice and handled the situation brilliantly. She is amazing and definitely needs a rank up. Manger was rude however in the end.

Chips could have been a little more full, but the food was hot and the staff were lovely. I even got asked how many dips I wanted, which was a pleasant surprise ? latte was good also, didn't taste weak like alot of places.

Just ordered a big tasty burger meal, mozzarella sticks and an apple pie with Ice-cream The fries were luke warm, the same with the mozzarella sticks and the apple pie, which by the way has a caution on it saying HOT, but the burger was so cold I'm sure there is ice in it. Use this Mcdonald's regularly but have never, ever received food as cold as this, ever. The only thing that was edible was the ice cream as it's supposed to be cold. Really disappointing.

I cannot stress enough to doug Wright how awful his manager of this place is. Please please move her somewhere else and get the previous manager back here.Dire food, dire customer service and dire management.If there's was a 0 star rating it would get my vote.
