“This is a nice hotel and was convenient for my one night stay but there were a couple negatives which I have fed back to the hotel. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again for one night.”

“Well, what can I say, an absolutely bang on 5 star stay and service from the staff. Stayed for our anniversary. Had originally booked the mini studio which was already bigger than majority of rooms in the city but on an arrival we got upgraded to the penthouse.Rooms were clean and tidy also very tastefully decorated with a cool sixties vibe. Bean to coffee machine and fruit juicer in the kitchen an additional bonus.Veiw of the city was exceptional this was ramped up at night fall which was captivating and would of been the same regardless of room choice.From the outside the building does look a tad tired, but certainly not the case on the inside.”

“Initially me and my friend were contemplating to book this place as it was far away from city centre but with discounted price we took it and surprisingly the experience was super good. Took X2 bus from city centre and reached within 40mins. Initial impression wasn't impressive as the reception lobby was under renovation, we booked a room with twin beds and i kid you not, the room was so amazing with a view next to the airport, we could see all the planes taking off and getting down through the window, The service was great as they had the coffee and tea packs available with the kettle. Except the fact the wifi chargeable, everything was great, I'd definitely recommend and would stay again if I happen to visit Birmingham.Rooms: The rooms were clean and tidy, with refreshments being readily available.Walkability: 2 mins walking after getting down from X2 bus to the Birmingham international airport.”

“I've not stayed here yet, but do have come here several times for breakfast or a coffee. Nice food and the staff are amazing (very welcoming and polite), and sometimes they have given me a free coffee. I would recommend this place for breakfast or a coffee and it's all you can eat with good quality food too. 4*”

“What a wonderful experience I have had here at the Premier Inn in Aston Birmingham. Was greeted with warm and friendly staff and was looked after throughout my stay. Accommodation was sublime with a lovely bathroom. Dinner and breakfast was very yummy with a good variety of dishes.Would like to thank Tia for her kindness, work ethic and professionalism. Have observed her working the reception and restaurant, looking after the customers and being open, friendly and always smiling. If Tia is not a manager, she should be strongly considered for this role.If I am booking a room anywhere in the future for work, in the UK, I will be happy to make the Premier Inn my first choice.”

“Everything running smoothly. Polite staff, willing to help, everything explained before my check-in. The room was clean and the shower was really good. I had a couple of beers at the bar and the service was amazing. I had a full English breakfast and was lovely. A star for Mira provided an amazing service. I will come back.”

“The two ladies who were working tonight (1/9/23) were absolutely amazing! We were unsure of which mattress firmness would be best suited to us so they put us on the machine which matches you up. Once we had the results, we were shown mattress’ that were within our price range and were reassured that there was no pressure to buy.The mattress is great quality and they are reasonably priced (especially in the sale).The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and lovely. Please pass on our compliments and thanks!”

“Nice hotel, very clean, beds very comfortable, staff polite and helpful.The only bad mark was that the USB ports didn't work. We had phone chargers, but with the lack of sockets it meant unplugging kettle, or tv to charge phones.”

Shame the discrepancy between Sunday prices and week day prices are so huge or I would be back a lot more. £30 on a Sunday against nearly £200 on a Wednesday is madnessAlso be aware the signal in the rooms is okish, not the best but not dead like some, the WiFi however was bad, slow and spotty. Gave up on it after an hour to go back to mobile data”

“Really good place this. Cheap as chips for a breakfast the beer is well priced too compared to most places.The tables we tended to sit are were usually sticky in places and the menus were sticky too. But other than that the food quality etc was great for what you pay!”

“Booked into the Castle Bromwich Travel Lodge last week. The staff were absolutely amazing so helpful when we had some issues with our Spanish phone. I would like to mention by name Claire and also the Manager who were both so supportive and could not do enough for us. We had a great stay thank you.”

“This is a well run hotel very close to the entrance to the airport. Check in was painless, staff were really nice. Bag storage was no issue. Room was good and clean but lacked attention to detail, surfaces need wiped more carefully. Breakfast was great, fast, good amount of food, always getting replenished. The rest of the hotel looked stylish.”

“Very helpful Letting Agent. Saw a lovely property, which the Agent helped us secure. Treated us and the landlady fairly to agree the best deal that would meet each of our requirements. Also manages our property, and has been helpful in sorting out any maintenance issues to enable us to live in a nice environment. A letting agent that actually cares about their customers! Overall would definitely recommend.”

“The windows seem very thin, which meant the room was quite cold and noisy. However, the room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff that I encountered on my stay were friendly and approachable.”

“Didn't suffer problems as mentioned by others. Room was very clean, ditto bathroom. However I didn't expect travelodge to be so basic even though they are not the cheapest hotel around.. The rooms are extremely basic with no drawers, no bedside tables and only 6 hangers. The couple of issues we had were dealt with by Katie who couldn't help us enough and was extremely friendly. Not sure I would come back again though.”

“So I am not familiar with Birmingham the staff here is very kind and welcoming. Saif is a great host, great hospitality. Very helpful when needing advice about the area. He even helped me to look for a more permanent apartment. Rooms are very good you get value for money. A big thumbs up ? to the hotel.”
