I bought Deep Heat patches this morning (2 hours ago). There are 4 in a pack. The first one I opened and applied to my shoulder doesnt seem to be working. I was expecting warmth on my shoulder; its still on my shoulder but I feel no heat whatsoever. Is this how it is meant to be? It seems defective. So 25% of my product isnt working. I rang up this shop to seek a change of box. They said that I had to get in touch with the manufacturers as Lloyds only sell the product and are not the manufacturers. I bought from a shop and not the manufacturer so I think they should simply refund or replace and they should take it up with the manufacturer. Therefore I am dissatisfied with the customer service received.

Used the walk-in service today asFeeling unwell. Great service and very polite. Medication given, definitely quicker than the GP.

Never answer the phone, never have your prescription ready even when the doctor shows they sent it over a week ago, always delaying medication pick ups, dont have medication most days so will have you wait 40 mons for half, always a formidable excuse as to how they are not at fault for bad customer service, it's the system they have apparently. I've got my doctors to change who my prescription get sent to, after 2 years of this.

There never pick up the phone I have phoned 36 times to day and they have not picked up at all it's a joke and wen I go to pick up my meds there told me I should of phoned before I go there so there can get them ready to pick up but how can I do that when there never pick the phone up

Very poor service. My GP sent them my prescription and they said to me they did not have it. It is not the first time they make mistakes. Very disappointing

We always complain about the prescriptions not being ready delayed by the weekend or covid.But yesterday, I went in to ask their advice, as I had a mosquito bite that was covering the back of my leg, inflamed to the size of my hand with fingers extended.They adviced me on pirriton, and I bought some sudo cream, this morning it's less angry, less itchy, less inflamed.Thank you soon much, and the pirriton helped me sleep though the heat too ??Big shout out to the pharmacest and the sales clerk here xxx

I booked a blood pressure check online but when I got to the shop , they said they hadn't got my booking and I had to give all my details again. As a result I had booked a free NHS blood pressure but they said it was a separate booking so I had to pay £7.50. Had to wait quite a whole to have check done and whilst waiting heard female pharmacist being quite rude to 2 elderly people in the queue when they asked questions. Would not not use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

The pharmacy is understaffed and the tail appears to be wagging the dog. Service is poor, excuses are always made as to why the prescription isn't ready. The shop is filthy, shelves are covered in dust and shelves are half empty and disorganised. Staff have always been friendly.
