Very busy place, as it's in city center.Service is fast and food quality is supper.Currently they have offer in app to play arcade game and win 1 free food item.Me and my parter both have redeem offer and enjoyed free wrap & Popcorn chicken.Staff is also very helpful.

Absolutely poor quality once again.Chicken and coating of their none famous herbs over cooked and dry.Service poor.One Servng at the front bless her doing her best as four other staff members in the back chatting and messaging about.Never going to use this place again.

So expensive for what it is these days. I got myself a mega box which was alright but my mum ordered a 'Large' popcorn chicken meal that came with virtually nothing.... The portion was dead small and neither of us were impressed for how much we paid. Service took ages and the security guard was useless... Constantly outside speaking to random people and having a cig, I was sat by the door so I had to put up with the constant smell of it. Yeah, was alright but not fully impressed

Food service is Always so slow in here and I wish I could say it's because food is cooked fresh but that would be a lie, I have no idea why it takes them so long maybe they are under staffed, but this time I seen my order sitting on the side for around 5mins they hadn't called me as I had been waiting by the collection point, I told The lady that was my food she gave it to me for it to be cold so she had to change it anyways, think there needs to be some sort of better system Or some more staff.Parking: No parking available.Kid-friendliness: Has room. Better service than the new street branch. Staff are more faster with getting the food. It does get very busy but other than that I've had no problems with this kfc bull street.
