Excellent customer service , helpful lad went a high my click & collect order immediately , very polite , even a free JD bag for click and collect orders , well delighted , only slight criticism is phone needs to be answered a little quicker , otherwise delighted cheers Shaun .

Great shop for all your sporting clothes etc. Not a bad price on most clothes. Always good deals to be had on trainers especially. But another good thing is sizing is good. Going from the small to the very large. Some good deals also to be had on buying 2 T-shirts together. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is not an awful lot of room down the aisles as there is such a lot of merchandise in the shop. But I managed to get around with my walker on wheels.

Had an issue and my trainers were over 30 days. They were very helpful and sent the trainers off for inspection. All sorted. I now have a new pair of trainers.

Lovely staff. Good prices. Great location surrounded by other shops and an indoor market. Free parking too. Access for disability too.

The staff treated me like a shoplifter when I tried to return an item with the receipt. I also ordered trainers from there and they never arrived because they had sold out but no o e from JD sports bothered to contact me to let me know and refund the money I had paid. I will not shop here again.

Went here 4 weeks ago went to solihull for latest trainers but only had size 10 which were to small ,chelmsley wood only shop to have size 11 so we went there but to big,to get 10.5 we had to go to city centre my son went there on his own tried them on fitted perfect and asked to purchase them only to find when he returned home they gave him the wrong size it took 15 attempts at me ringing for them to answer the phone my son had to go back to city centre and change them ,no apology from the incompetent staff
