The Asian staff member was lovely and very helpful.However the tall dark haired man who served me at till was so rude, I told him I had a loyalty card but not with me, so to see if he could search it up, as I wasn?t sure which email it was with. The first email I gave he said no there isn?t a card for this and then preceded to make a new card for me.I was so enraged I told him why would I want another card when I already own one. I didn?t have the energy to argue with him further as I had just finished work but was in shock of this behaviour.I?m not sure if his new but he needs some customer service training and to learn some manners.Please train your staff better now I will have to waste my own time and call customer service to transfer the points.

Shirin one of the staff memeber made my experience even better shopping at holland and barrett bullring, she was friendly, gave me good advice regarding vitamins and she was efficient.

Been here last 7th October Saturday at around 4 to 5pm. One of the staff who attended to us in the till was great but just needs to be trained more about better customer service such as asking about loyalty card not just brushing it off abruptly like oh it?s too late now when my husband and me mentioned about adding our points for purchase. Not just rush rush for nothing, there wasn?t any customer on that time. A bit different in Warwick and Leamington spa where we are based. We never missed card points because the staff are thorough and focused with what they are doing. But all in all, Holland and barret has been our favourite shop for health and wellness.

Visited the Bullring store today. Staff were very helpful. It was lovely to be able to talk to someone who has knowledge and a sunny disposition! This staff member greeted everyone with enthusiasm and a certain joie de vivre! Thank u ?

Went in here Friday straight after having such bad service next door in superdrug. I said to my sister what a contrast! As we walked in the man working there welcomed us and offered help. Took me over to what I was looking for and I bought it. So so friendly and helpful. Sorry I didn't get his name. It was Saturday morning 21st April and I bought black seed oil.

I visited last night (10/03/23) Really lovely and organised store with great staff members who were eager to help and all had smiles on their faces, one of the best experiences I?ve personal had in any Holland and Barrett stores.
