“Cristiano and his team came highly recommended to us - and they did no disappoint.My wife bought a beautiful dress to attend a family wedding but it needed some alterations to achieve a bespoke look Savoy Tailors was recommended to us, so we dropped by to have the work done.The shop is a busy dry cleaners as well as carrying out tailoring and clothes alterations. There's no appointment system but the shop had already sent Cristiano photos of the dress in advance and he expertly pinned it and offered expert advice on what was required. It's clear that Cristiano is an expert at his trade - taking time to get things just so.Collected the dress a couple of weeks later and what was a beautiful dress is now a stunning fit.Not inexpensive but if a job's worth doing it's worth doing right - and the delight on .my wife's face when trying on the improved fit makes it worth every penny.”

“Was great to be able to see a large range of room sizes, windows, interior fittings and a whole load of other extra fittings. Martin and John provided a great service and talked us through all of the various options and helped us make the right choices to suit our needs. Once we had placed the order they answered all of questions as they arose prior to the garden room being delivered and erected. The two guys who came to assemble the room were highly professional and kept us up to date throughout the fitting and asked us exactly what we wanted with the extra fittings. Once they had finished they then answered all of our questions concerning the after care of the garden room and gave us some useful tips to make sure we look after it properly.All in all a highly satisfying customer experience from start to finish.”

“I will give 10 out of 5 stars to Lush.We have ordered whole set of cabinet for kitchen and utility room & also an over 3 meter long fit-in wardrobe. Sadie was the designer and she was extremely patience and focusing on every single detail of the design. Giving us advice how and what to choose at our budget. Similar to all tailor made furniture, there are always hiccup from our imagination to reality but the experience was telling me what is a good company. Sadie was very patience to listen and giving us a solution to solve the problem. Highly appreciated.Mumtaz was our installer and he is extremely experience and patience installing everything. He was also offering us to help with the plumbing to make the cabinet look nicer and neat instead of cutting here and there to fit it. That was taking his time but he was willing to spend his time for a better job instead of a okay job. I suspected he has OCD and hence, he was craving for perfect.
