Both Whitney and Shy provided amazing service for me and my friend earlier today. They helped us get the things we needed and made us feel comfortable while also being a pleasure to talk to and it felt like we?ve been friends for a long time. These guys were so amazing and I hope they get acknowledged xx

There was a customer that wanted help with bras and she is a G cup just like myself which is on the larger scale of sizing. One of the managers asked 2 other shop assistants on finding that size in any type of bra as the customer may of been having trouble finding her size due it her size being big which is a problem I sometimes face. Both of the shop assistants that got told to find the 34G bras reacted and mocked the sizing of her being a G cup. The customer was on the other side of the shop so she wouldn?t of heard, however the shop assistants were stood 2-3m away from me so I can clearly hear them gossiping and talking down about her breasts being that size. It was unprofessional and rude of the staff involved with those comments and felt reluctant to even purchase anything yet I still bought the sets as I really wanted them. After the girls made those comments one of them was stood near me and I looked her in the eye and she looked away seeming like she knew I heard her. It has left a bitter taste in my mouth to ever return to that store. I would expect better quality of staff on the shop floor and for them to behave in a good manner especially NOT talking down on women with larger chests. Do better!!!

Bad bad service from workers :( , I was trying on in the fitting rooms while me and my friend could hear two workers gossiping about a lady?s breast size, they were being extremely disrespectful talking about how large they were, which made me really uncomfortable for a bra fitting , as I was worried if they might commented on my imperfection (scaring and stretch marks) I still proceeded with this fitting but wouldn?t recommend anyone going as the workers body shame !!! :( , I was going to purchase the Bra that I was sized in, which was the same bra?s that was labelled as £6.80 but when they scanned this it was £15.20 and the till worker got the manager involved then the manager refused to offer me this for £6.80 even though they wrongly priced this. This situation wasn?t resolved and I was extremely disappointed, and walked away with nothing. Around 10 staff working and still don?t have the correct pricing on there products. Over half of them got involved when I tried to explain and I was accused of lying, which was intimidating and unprofessional. One worker commenting under her breath ?this sounds like a bit of drama? , no worker dealt with the situation well. Not returning !!!

I went in here yesterday just to have a look around but ended up getting a bra fitting while I was here. The staff member who helped me (Ella I think her name was, sorry if that's wrong) was so lovely and helpful she really put me at ease

Had such great service here today - I went in and asked to try on a few bras as I was going to try to get my size on my own but the lovely ladies in store offered to fit me which I happily accepted. I've struggled with getting my bra size on my own so much over the last few years and been sceptical of bra fitting instore as some places definitely put you in the wrong size to sell what they have, but Ashya helped me so professionally and I definitely couldn't have got it myself, so thank you to everyone instore today, such a great experience and I'm so happy - will absolutely continue to come back :-)

Just want to give Ellie a massive massive thank you for practical saving my life ? was nervous about doing a bra fitting and she made me feel so comfortable and confident and helped me pick out some amazing Bras I finally feel comfortable and very sexy knowing I'm now in the best sizes after years of them always changing. I went to get some good fitting bras and the staff were so helpful. It was quite busy but one lady still found time to help me out and give me advice, and everyone else there seemed very friendly and easy to approach.
