I?ve always received good service, from posting items, to receiving and sending parcels. It?s also great for getting last minute posting items like envelopes or boxes. My go to post office as it?s always easy to park my car nearby too.

Everytime I've been in they treat me with so much love and respect, helped me on many occasions now and gave great advice when I needed it, more than just a post office will always be going here even though I have one closer to me.. it's not the shop, it's the people!

Great service, customer service was brilliant, a person who works there called Sunny, when I heard another colleague calling him, was very helpful, great choice of gifts and wrap in the shop, certainly recommend you to visit in time of need... I certainly will when in the area again.

So I went to collect my lottery win. Stuck behind some fool who waited too long to get their travel insurance and forgot their bank card and instead of telling them to come back later with their card, we had to wait for half an hour while they went through everything. Then I tried to claim my winnings. "Oh sorry, I'm on my own. The person you need to see will be back in an hour." So I went off for an hour and came back: "Oh sorry, they've been and gone again."Avoid at all costs. Go to the one at the top of Stowheath lane instead. Faster and more competent.

This is a little but decent post office not far from the main road. The staff are chatty and helpful. The other day there was only one member of staff and this caused some considerable delays. I had to leave and come back as l had something to post. Overall l like to go here and would recommend it to others.
