I really don?t like posting bad reviews. Past and Present Domestic Appliances in Bilston don?t like bad reviews as I guess it?s one way to ensure high ratings so they are selective in which they highlight on Facebook, therefore I am posting this. Do not trust them as I was given a written price for an appliance and booked a delivery date, upon payment the lady increased the price without justification. (Needless to say I cancelled my item).If that is the service they give before sale I hate to think what the after customer care would be.BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ! : (

Wanted a new fridge freezer friendly staff and was not pushed to buy.We ordered one with a delivery date and they even came earlier than promised.Excellent customer service and will definitely buy from them again.
