“I got an appointment here very quickly (same day) to replace an exhaust with a hole in it.This flexibility and speed was impressive. Whilst I may have been able to get an exhaust elsewhere cheaper, I was happy with the price for the sake of speed and convenience.Whilst the car was with them, the team at the branch contacted me to make me aware of cracking in the tread of two rear tyres. I realise it was important to make me aware of this, but there was a bit of a hard sell on the tyres. The details of the tyres that were being offered were not at all clear, alignment check and adjustment (expensive relative to other garages for this type of service) was built into the price and it was difficult to get transparency on all of that. There was also a pressure element of "you can book it later, but we can't offer the same price because I can't share some of the profit from the exhaust to bring down the price on the tyres".I declined the tyre offer to give myself space to shop around. But this type of pressure sell is not what I want when I go anywhere, but especially in an industry reputed for such behaviour.I'm happy to report that the work agreed on the exhaust was done quickly, efficiently and at the price quoted.So overall a good experience - the offer of tyres could have been handled better, which was the only real downside.As a side note, the site is on a busy road without off-street parking. Cars can be left on the (wide) pavement outside the premises. Make sure you're happy with that when considering using this branch.”

“Visited this store to get my dash cam fitted. The customer service at the national contact centres are clueless so wouldn’t bother wasting time conversing with them. Sach was brilliant he knew the products and services well and a very efficient transaction. Todd was also brilliant installing the dash cam with total care looking after my car. Overall I’m very happy with the store but mainly with Sach and Todd.”
