Jay really efficient, helpful and patient. This shop is packed to roof with almost everything you could want in an emergency, as well as the embedded post office. However, parking is awkward if you are not in walking distance.

Great little shop and post office. Jay and his staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful and Jay goes out of his way to stock anything you might need. I frequent it regularly and it's an extremely popular store in our neighbourhood.

Jay is the most helpful and accommodating person, always friendly. Will add stock for you if he currently doesn't sell it.Don't know what shop Sukhprit Singh used but it clearly wasn't the Premier Post Office in Woodlands Rugby

Best post office in Rugby. Very good service, nice and pleasant experience from this post office. Always find the shop and post office very customer friendly. Very good help from the post man what I needed for. Thanks. Will always use this post office.

Returned shoes from Amazon and amazon never received it. Item still shows return started and not even in transit. Went back to the store as they don?t give any receipts of return and the guy said its amazon issue. Clearly the guy kept the shoes for himself and now I have to pay £40 as the return window is closed for a shoe I returned on time. Will apply for return from Amazon - let?s see how it goes but never using this shop again.

This is my local post office and can honestly say the best. Jay and all his staff are friendly and helpful, well stocked shop and some nice plants outside ?. I?ve tried a few other post offices round rugby and the staff are mostly miserable and even quite hostile, so glad we have this one round the corner .
