Had our car washed and dried today while we shopped. We had to wait 1hour 20 mins but the guy was so thorough! We thought we'd accidentally asked for the wrong packed but no, only charged £10. Would definitely recommend.

Paid £40 for a platinum car wash as I was selling shortly after. Once I went on to sell the car, I realised there were lots of unclean areas that had been missed and this was a little embarrassing for me, it seemed rushed and there were water stains on the seats. Had good cleans from this place before but I wouldn't come back.

I thought they did a good job of washing the outside. But checked their prices are realised they charged me £10 for a Fiat 500 outside wash only - places like Rugby survive on return business which you won't be getting. They also said they only accepted cash but clearly their card machine was working just fine.

Washed my car here a few times now and every time I notice new scratches. They charge a premium price but there is often still a lot of dirt on the car. Best to do it yourself.

An absolute disgrace and disappointment. My daughter is only 17 and just bought her 1st car, she decided to go tescos to get it washed. She was told £22(gold) in and out cleaning, she drives a small corsa . It's a little bit more than what we usually pay, but she decided to go ahead and we went for a coffee. On our return we were surprised how badly a job they had done, I didn't get a chance to say anything, the man just went straight to intimidating mode and upset my daughter. He said you pay nothing you go away never come back, I asked why is he being so rude, his answer was we had basic wash what did we expect. I said she expected her car to be cleaned with clean water and not be worse than when we arrived. He said we'll it's free, I replied I don't need to be free just clean which it wasn't. He said it was basic package and never come back. I have photos of water marks and dirt where they didn't even touch it. It would of took him 2 min just to go around and finish it and we would pay the £22. Instead he decided to just threaton us. We went elsewhere paid £14 and the car looks like new. I just hope my daughter can quickly forget this terrible experience.Services: Vacuuming

I left my car with them while I went shopping, was told it would be 2 and half hours and it ended up being almost 3 and half hours. They did a good job with the interior and exterior cleaning but both my wing mirrors have started clicking when they open and they don't open fully anymore (they should open and close automatically). Will not use their services again.
