Just been there I paid 28 quid for inside and out full cleaning of a large SUV. Result is average at best if not poor. As you can see from photos, taken literally 2 minutes after cleaning. Areas are left wet and full of cleaning liquid, interiors not vacuumed properly, streaks on every glass panel, upholstery soaked of smelling cleaner. Positives are that the owner helped removing some minor scratches around the exterior. I was not in a hurry so they could have checked. I will think twice before going again frankly. The price is extremely high for a half baked job like this. Not recommended.

Took my car here today only to find when I got home that the car is still dirty! Muddy smears all over the bonnet. They just moved dirt around instead of cleaning it. The inside of the door was meant to have been cleaned, they did the top and the bottom wasn?t even touched. AVOID!

Arrived at 17:35 and was told they could only do the outside as it was too late to do the inside too (they claim to be open til 18:00). They then proceeded to do an extremely half arsed job of the outside - still smear marks on the window and brake dust on the wheels. Not dried properly either so water marks once I got home. Not great given it?s not even cheap.

Been coming here years. Ok it costs £20 for an inside out clean but it?s very well done and the car is like new at the end of it.

The worst customer service EVER! Tried to charge my fiat 500 the same price as a 7 seater? when I said no the boss got extremely rude. Got back to my car to find black water marks all on the roof. When pointed out he wiped them off and said ?you want your car washed again, don?t come here!?Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Awful customer service, refused to clean around inside of the boot of the car after we paid for inside and out clean, once we proved it could be cleaned with a wet rag we were then told to never come back again.

First of all when you pull in, they don't ask you what service you are after? Secondly the prices are way too high. In Leeds I get mini valet done for £12, when I asked one of the workers how much for a mini valet? He said £35 and I was like what? They charged me £20 for cleaning the car from outside and inside. When they were done, I went to check if they have cleaned it properly and I was not surprised to find out that they haven't vacuumed it properly because they were done with cleaning the car from inside withing 5 mins, which is not near enough time in my opinion. When I told him that I am paying £20, the least I expect is that the car is vacuumed properly upon which the man goes you're asking for valeting services with just a wash and vacuum service? Like what? £20 is not enough for you to vacuum a car properly? The guy was super rude and said I'm cleaning your car the same way I clean every other car(well clearly you aint doing it right) and if I want it to be cleaned properly I gotta wait. 2 mins later they realised their vacuum isn't working properly wow what a surprise. Once they vacuumed it again, the guy was started saying something in his native language (was probably swearing at me because I asked him to clean my car properly). The main guy (he has an extra small tooth between his front two teeth) told me to forget about that car wash Hahaha like man you really think I am gonna come to your car wash again? You can't do a job properly and don't know how to deal with customers and overall are a rude person, I really don't think anyone would wanna come to your car wash again.Services: Vacuuming

They do a fair job here, even though they have stopped their loyalty programme and put the prices up. Just abit upset with a full loyalty card that they will not take now...

Claim vehicle is a model it is not, charge more than the pricing and say ?read the sign?, even though sign has prices £2 less.Boss?s excuse is poor and basically said ?Charge is what I say, not what is on the sign?. If they want to charge more, fine, but update the sign so it?s legal!They use the term SUV very loosely to charge more, and didn?t even clean it very well!
