DREADFUL!!! DO NOT CHOOSE FOR PARCEL PICK UP . All parcels and packages are dumped into a large container which is out of view of the staff and counter so no security at all. Anyone could delve in and pick and choose. When I arrived I cheerfully announced I had come to collect an EVRI package only to be gestured towards the parcel container and when I queried if I needed to find my own I received a grumpy yes and when I said it might be a bit difficult due to a bad back I got no response at all I then had to practically empty the whole container to find mine at the bottom. The only positive is they do check your identity when you go back to the counter but that only helps if you are honest and don't leave with other people's packages!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Man serving wouldn't let a heavily pregnant woman in to use the toilet. Wasn't polite about it either. Disgusting.

Miserable, dirty and shabby. Rude, unhelpful staff. Overpriced petrol. But, it is 24 hours and they have an Evri printer.

Pulled in on the off chance as looked closed at 9pm, fuelled up and the gentleman serving was polite and helpful
