I recently had a very positive experience at the Dunchurch post office. I went in to send a package overseas, and the staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and efficient.She explained all of the different shipping options to me in detail, and helped me to choose the best one for my needs. She also made sure that my package was properly packed and insured, so that it would arrive safely at its destination.

The lady who owns the shop is very nice ive never had a problem in there she as time for every body I go in there every day and she's always been friendly towards every one and so is the little boy

I have been here a couple of times and I find them very helpful and accommodating.. they have done a wonderful job with the refurb, and the lady on the counter was most helpful with advising me on the services that would benefit me with my post. Thank you for your help

Best store in Dunchurch! I?ve gotten to know Kam recently, she?s so welcoming and supportive. The upgrade of the shop side was needed in our village. Credit to her for taking over a post office, turning it into a proper business now during a pandemic on her own.Running a business on your own, being a single mother ain?t easy and she does it with ease and still a smile. The new owner is so rude. Very unhelpful & feels like you?re a burden every time you go in! My local post office so is normally very handy but I will be going elsewhere! Avoid avoid avoid !!

What a transformation!! The new owner deservers a medal!! The post office now has all that a post office should have from every size envelopes to highlighter pens and staples, with a huge plus of also combining convenient store that has all your every day needs and being close to the school for last minuet birthday cards and treats has saved me many times!Its just what our village needed.Keep up the good work!
