Handed in prescription for my wife from a lemington location (we live 800 yards from pharmacy) only to be met with rude derogatory staff member because it was not dated!!.. This is something overlooked by public as we fill out the reverse side!!.. I'll be going further up road from now on..

Very rude people on the phone. Cancelled my wife's prescription without even double checking. They need to realise people who call them need help/some urgent medicine as they are not very well.

Went in to collect my prescription this evening, plenty of staff members in there. At least 4 looked at me and did not acknowledge me at all. Young lady finally bought someone's prescription out and then I was spoken to. Not good customer service, could have at least smiled or said someone will be with you shortly. Was stood there for at least 10 minutes without any interaction at all.

Absolutely useless. The pharmacist goes on lunch at 1pm got in before 1, he was looking at me and 3 minutes later whilst serving the person before me, he logged off and I was advised to come back in an hour! No one can release the medication if the pharmacist is not logged on.Better go to Asda or Sainsburys if you want a reliable pharmacy.

Called in yesterday to pick up a perscription that had been ordered three days before by our Doctors surgery, walked in and upon requesting i had come to collect my fathers perscription i was told i could not have it as the pharmacist was having there lunch, even though the pharmacist was sitting behind the back counter. Even though i was asking to collect and not have it made up ! despite this the person was rude and abrupt and not even prepared to look to see if it had been already been made up which it would have been after three days, If this is the case shut the shop for lunch , and don t be so rude and unhelpful to customers. unfortunately since changing owners / chains etc the standards /manners and assistance has dramatically declined.

I have been into the Paddocks Pharmacy today to pick up my prescription & was told by a grumpy woman to come back at 2:15pm as the pharmacist was on lunch! I can?t believe that there is only one person who can give out prescriptions when the pharmacist is on a break that seems quite ridiculous to me the customer service at the Paddocks Pharmacy is appalling but unfortunately they are my nearest Pharmacy to where I live I know they are probably short staffed but an apology & a smile every now & then would go a long way. As a follow up I have now just come back from the Paddocks Pharmacy fuming as I was told the prescription was only received today well that?s a lie for a start it was ordered on the 8th ok the 8th was a bank holiday but it should have been at least looked at on the 9th. Now I have been told it won?t be ready until next week this is totally unacceptable if they are behind the they need to work harder to catch up it?s called time management!

Terrible pharmacy!!Prescriptions are NEVER ready, always have to return. No option to wait for it! Staff are rude and unhelpful! Told to go to another pharmacy to get my very simple prescription of Desogestrol or go without until after the bank holiday! Disgrace!!

As other reviews I too felt the member of staff serving to be rude. After reopening after lunch and with no other customers waiting I was told the prescription would take 5-10mins to get ready which is fair enough. However I was told 'I don't like people to wait. As in leave and dont wait here. First time I've been told this in a pharmacy before. People are ill and that's why they are there collecting medicine and we don't want to be told to get out in the freezing cold and wait there.Also when I returned there were people waiting inside! So how do they decide who they think can wait in the warm and who they think can wait outside in the freezing weather?! Discrimination perhaps decides.. not impressed.The only thing in their favor was that they had my prescription in stock (last one mind).

I can not believe how rude the staff are at this pharmacy. The way I was spoken to was awful. I'll be contacting the head office.
