First time using Melbros, really impressed. Staff member happily walked me around the yard showing us all the various options of decorative chippings available, and explaining why they may or may not be a good option for our project. Ordered at the main counter, where another staff member managed to arrange a specific delivery vehicle to accomodate our restricted driveway, and the order was delivered within 4 hours!

First time I have used Melbros & it was a brilliant customer experience in every respect - user friendly online ordering, delivery as requested on the following day despite short notice of a relatively small order, timely communications at every stage (including notice of a 2 hour delivery slot), really helpful/friendly delivery driver (Carl) & good quality materials at a competitive price. Just perfect!

Brilliant service. Mine was a small order (3 paving slabs). Melbros were able to meet my tentative request for same day (Saturday) delivery (ordered at 09.30/delivered lunchtime). This, in my opinion is exceptional service and very much appreciated.

Wow! Really impressed with Melbros Building Supplies in Rugby. I only ordered the three fence panels late yesterday and they are already here before lunchtime today! Not only that but Neil, who delivered them, carried them along the street, down an alleyway and along the bottom of several gardens to reach my garden as I'm in a terraced property and they would otherwise have had to come through the house. I didn't ask - Neil offered - incredibly kind and also efficient. That was three arduous journeys! This is way beyond a 5* service. Thank you so much.
