My wife Kathy wanted some trainers advertised in the current sale (Leanne). Despite being on her own, with several other customers making up their minds and being served, Andrea, the sales assistant was extremely helpful , pleasant and unhurried. It was also nearly closing time but she gave no hint of impatience . I got a super bargain and came away as usual delighted with the Hotter service. I should receive my lovely new Switch shoes in a couple of days.

Took my 87 year old Mum to be measured for slippers. Very attentive service from the young assistant (Lola). Knew her stock and what would/would not be most suitable. Will be returning for summer shoes.

Very small version of a hotters shoe shop attached to but seperate from a wyevale garden centre, stocks were somewhat limited by their size but other shops also available at the same place.
