ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I?m not from rugby myself and I was on a emergency work call ( for the NHS ) I also had my son with me. I had recently lost my card and waiting for a replacement, due to this I was using my Apple Pay to pay for everything? I was on empty and pull at the nearest garage which unfortunately was this one.. my phone wouldn?t let me pay as I had reached my contactless limit? now this has happen to me before at a petrol station and by law you have to sign a ( means to pay) the small Indian lady was extremely rude telling me I HAVE TO PAY RIGHT NOW or she will call the police? I had explained that I?m in a serious rush for a client who was in extreme stress with many health issues and I would return the payment after my client? she made me leave my personal phone which I still have not had returned because they have lost it!! She had me in tears and made me feel like some kind of low life criminal!!

Very nice place to fill up your car. Beautiful store which serves you hot Costa coffee. Everything is available in that store including alcohol and cigarettes. The store and station is open 24 hours . Especially since it is a customer friendly environment. The main thing which we notice is that the behaviour of the staff working there you can see the most friendly staff in the entire rugby.
