It?s so easy to be so inconsiderate and take people?s money without providing any services! Thanks Sophie!Never visiting this parlour again.I had 2 appointments in 2 consecutive days. Got called to reschedule the 1st one with the 2nd one on the 2nd day and was told the time is around 4. Got a text confirming the time is at 3.55pm. My missed my first appointment as I missed the first reminder text and thought all my appointments are together at 3.55! I agree this is my mistake as I didn?t read the text fully and relied on the talk over phone. Got 7 mins late unfortunately due to no parking nearby But showed up within the time frame of my 2nd appointment. Got charged fully for both the appointments at 4.01! I completely understand you charge me full for the first one as a no show but atleast could have offered an adjustment for the second one as I was there physically and it wasn?t like a 100% no show! We all are busy around this time of the year with multiple things going on. A little bit of flexibility or consideration would have been nice right before the Christmas! Thanks!
