Went today with my 10 years old daughter to get her ears pierced.They did it at the same time and they were absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Can't put less than one star. PARENTS don't take your child to get pierced at any Claire's!!!!. Check netmoms on Google pierced ears not healing...!!! all concerns coming from clair's. When i went to shop ask what i can do when my daughter's ear not healing ,have some blood,swelling, and what they say it looks alright(and that after 2 months). But if anything go to gp. You will not be able to replace children's earing it's going to be very painful with any material earings what they offer. After care losion what they charge £15 does not help. Just check all chat at \\\" netmom's\\\" pierced ears not healing....

Went in to purchase one item and there was no customer service at all. The lady who served me said the price and that was it. Bit disappointing

Lovely lady served me yesterday might have been the manager not sure. Had such a lovely way about her and explaining the offers to me which my brain took a while to take in. I got it in the end. Can get some real good items in this shop i have always liked it.

Took my 13yr old daughter to the Rugby branch, we were unsure what to expect after reading some bad reviews about Claires piercing team. No need to worry about anything at Rugby if you get Courtney, she was fantastic, hygiene was as good as I have seen. She was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.There was no rush in choosing which earrings Victoria wanted and all the otions of different metals were explained including aftercare.My daughter wouldn't hesitate to go there again.She already has a nose piercing which was done in an all female tattoo studio and I would say Courtney was at the same standard.Full marks to her
