Arun, our salesman was extremely professional, helpful and polite throughout our car exchange. He drove a long distance to deliver the car we bought and collect our old car. He took time to explain all the controls, dealt efficiently with all the paperwork and followed up with two phone calls to find out if we were happy with the car and helped us with some further questions about the controls. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Arun in particular.

Have used Allen Ford for many years, but clearly something has changed as this time I was made to feel like a cash cow. I expect to pay more for a service from a main dealer but not have to field additional unwanted/unneeded fees.£170 investigation fee? For plugging in the service computer? The same computer you already pulg in as part of the service? Get out of here.£170 to investigate a problem which you said you'd already fixed? Forget it.£450 for new disks and pads - even though the pads are brand new? Wow.

The most appalling service I have ever encountered. Don't pay a deposit as you will never get it refunded even if you buy a vehicle on credit and they promise to do so. I am now raising a dispute with the card company. They never call you back when you have an issue, their GAP insurance and service plan is significantly more expensive than other dealerships and generally if I never had to deal with them again it would be too soon. Don't trust them, don't buy from them and definitely don't expect service from them. Terrible dealership

We bought a new Kuga from the Rugby Branch and couldn't be happier. James was brilliant with every question we asked, and no ask was too big or small. He was incredibly patient and helpful. This is our 2nd car from this branch and the service was great. I would highly recommend buying from this branch. James, thank you for all you help and support. The car is amazing and we are very pleased with our choice.

I ordered a car from ford direct through the ford dealer at rugby. I first tried to order the vehicle over the phone but was told they could not find the car so I went to the showroom and showed the salesman the link which I was then told that the phone number for rugby was not there number and was i interested in a ford puma that just came in!!!. I ended up going home and tried the number and hey presto the same branch I just left answered so I made the appointment I then showed them the car on ford direct which they was reluctant to sell me but got there in the end. I then waited 2 weeks for the car to be delivered . On the day of the pick up I paid outright for the car which was not cheap and they processed my part exchange car . After all that was complete they then told me that I would have to go with them to the post office to fill out a form for the V5 document as they never got one with the car and I also needed to pay for 12 months road tax at the post office which again I was not aware of another £180 which I had to ask my partner for who had just come out of hospital with kidney cancer. I did feel sorry for the salesman who had to take me and listen to me as I felt that he was made the scape goat in all of this. All in all a dreadful experience and not a apology along the way . I do understand that allen ford do not want to sell ford direct cars as I was told there is not much money them but to me who saved for 3 years for a car was Gutted for myself and the stress it put my partner through.
