Terrible lack of service. Took my ring in to have a claw soldered, 7 weeks later work still not done so brought my item away as did not want to wait any longer. Very poor no apologies from either jeweller and didn't seem at all bothered. Possibly more interested in " commission pieces " so much for supporting small family businesses. Will not recommend or use them again

Left 2 pairs of earrings for repair 28 July 2020, left my phone no, have returned many times to store - always seem to be closed. Met 'father' by chance at store on 16 Oct 2020, 1 earring found on desk, told problem would be sorted. Over 2 weeks later no contact. No answer to many phone calls. Now Lockdown provides opportunity for more delay!!!

Ben and his dad re engraved my wedding ring for me. It was my 25 th anniversary and I wanted the ?i love you ? re engraved As it had worn if over the years. They were very professional and the engraving was excellent in fact I preferred it to the original. Thank you so much I will recommend your fabulous jewellery service to all I know.Thanks again. ?

Really pleased with the service received from the lovely family business with our original wedding rings designed and made and most recently repaired my engagement. My wedding ring was butchered when removed at the hospital Ben when through lots of ideas to repair in the end used the original gold to make s new band. So very pleased thank you!

Used this jeweller for over 20yrs. Asked for a ring to be repaired and a pendant to be made. Used approximately 11g of gold from a supply of approximately 38g. Claimed he used all of it. Said I never gave him that much. Showed him pictures of supplied chain. Offered me 10g, I refused he then offered me 22.6g which I took. He has also had my previous review deleted. Defeats the object if you are not allowed to leave an honest review.

Amazing Bespoke Jeweller has made some of the finest pieces top quality with empathy and professionalism. An extremely efficient service with quality assured would highly recommend this Jewler have used him for years and always have had a fantastic service thank you John for yet again a wonderful job.
